More Pokémon Heart Gold and Soul Silver Details
This week’s CoroCoro magazine has let slip a few tantalizing details about Nintendo’s set of remakes for the Gameboy Color classics Pokémon Gold and Silver, most importantly its release date, which has been confirmed for September 11. Now titled Pokémon Heart Gold and Soul Silver, the remakes will ostensibly include the same fun romp through the Johto and Kanto regions of the Pokémon universe, as well as the inventive real-time clock events (a large chunk of which has not been seen ever since) that made the original just perfect. For our english speaking pokemaniacs, Nintendo recently filed for trademarks in the U.S. for “Pokemon Heart Gold” and “Pokemon Soul Silver”.

No solid US date announced yet. Nintendo will probably do a big reveal at E3 (this June), so hopefully Mr. Dynamic/iTech or some other store’ll have it the week after the eventual US release.
whoa. u guys actually believe this?! (gamemag people) of course this is fake!!!!! i mean think about it, why would nintendo release a game on 9/11??? wouldnt tht be stupid. and also the skateboard. it was on the gold/silver beta version, and didnt make it through. why would they make it in the remakes? skateboards are just bikes but alot more non-pokemon style.

Well, to be fair this post was issued hours before Serebii.net debunked the skateboard/release date rumors. Don’t shoot the messenger. And guess what, September 11 is a regular ol’ day now!
