The Nintendo Download (Week of June 22nd): You Got Me Puzzled

Another Art Style game comes to DSiWare this week. I’m sure this goes for most of you DSi afficionados out there — you can’t go wrong with a game from the Art style series. Buy it.

There’s a golf game on WiiWare called Family Mini Golf available. Though I’m not too keen on golf games. And also I’m not a pro on the family side of things so this is a pass for me. XSEED gives us more (groan) brain training with Drill Sergeant Mindstrong. Brain training games should be on handhelds. We all agree on that. So meh. Neves Plus ports the DS puzzler to Wii. Do you see a pattern forming? Yeah. Booo.

Virtual Console gets a TurboGrafx16 game with SimEarth: The Living Planet. Mmmmkay.

Success in each mode brings its own reward: Clear ranks to earn a promotion, change your character’s appearance, and use your earnings to acquire new items for your character’s miniature garden.
